If you live outside of the Claremore Schools district and wish to apply for an Emergency Transfer into Claremore, please fill out the Emergency Transfer Form and Attachment "B". Mail both forms to Claremore Public Schools, Attn: Transfers, 310 N Weenonah Ave, Claremore, OK 74017-7007.
