The End of The Academic Team's Season
Good morning.
This week will bring an end to this year’s academic season and it has been an excellent year!
The Spring KMO was held this past Wednesday, April 20 with mixed excitement and yet sadness that another year is over.
Our Wonderful Students came out 3rd in their division in the Able Conference (see Schedule), and Placed 2nd in both the Fall and Spring KMO placing our team in the top 17% of schools which competed world wide.
Over all, we had a very successful team due to the Amazing Students who made the team this year, and the overall sportsmanship each student displayed as they worked together during each event.
We are already preparing for the next year and look forward to all that another year of competition may bring.
The Academic Team could not be anything but wonderful, due to the support we receive from of our Faculty, Administration, Parents, and Friends.
It is also our most gracious Thank You to the Claremore Public Schools Foundation for their grant which provided our team with a much needed Buzzer System. We were the pride of the conference this year.
Lastly, Our success would never happen if not for my dear friend and colleague, Nan Hedge, who puts in more time, money, wisdom, effort, and love for our students than anyone humanly possible. She is the heart of our Academic Team and will always be ranked No. 1 to all of us.
