Device Return Procedures 

 

A technology staff member or designee will inspect the device for damages, repairs, or needed replacements. Charges will be assessed, and student/parent/guardian will be charged as published in the Acceptable Technology Usage Agreement signed at the initial check-out. Claremore Public Schools will work with families on payment plans. Please know that we only accept checks and cash as payment.

Be sure to remember the device, the power adapter, and all cables and cases (if applicable) given to you at the check-out process. Please remove all stickers. Any missing items will need to be returned before students will receive a device for next year.

RETURN DATES

 ELEMENTARY - May 17th with homeroom teachers. 

 WRJH - May 24th and 25th with  homeroom teachers

 CHS - ZAP Advisors

  • Senoris - May 20th (ZAP / Encore) 
  • Underclassman - May 25th (ZAP / Encore)

CVS - CVS Device Return for, and then select the date and time that works best for you and your family. We will have appointment slots  available.

  • Friday, May 28, 2021: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, June 1, 2021: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, June 2, 2021: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
