All families must complete enrollment every year. Enrollment may be completed entirely online, and we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer to enroll. If you do not have access to a computer, or if you need enrollment assistance, the CPS Enrollment Center has computers and scanners available and will be happy to help. They are open daily from 8a - 4p (arrive by 3:30p).
You are now able to enroll your current students for the 2023-2024 school year by accessing the student records portal through this link https://ok.wengage.com/claremore.
Please watch the video instructions or follow the written instructions to update the necessary information and complete the 2024 school year enrollment. This applies to current and new students.

Finals start tomorrow!
To preserve the testing environment, CHS will NOT check students out during the testing hour. Please have this conversation with your student/child. If a student is checked out, notes will be delivered at the end of the class period.
If they finish early, a student will remain in the classroom for the entire time. This procedure allows other students to continue working on their final without disruptions.
If a parent calls to check a student out, the office will announce those names at the end of the class period.
Thank you for your help in this matter. We want to ensure ALL students are in an environment conducive to testing.
