Enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year is now open! All families must complete enrollment every year. Enrollment may be completed entirely online, and we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer to enroll. If you do not have access to a computer, or if you need enrollment assistance, the CPS Enrollment Center has computers and scanners available and will be happy to help. They are open daily from 8a - 4p (arrive by 3:30p). You are now able to enroll your current students for the 2023-2024 school year by accessing the student records portal through this link https://ok.wengage.com/claremore. Please watch the video instructions or follow the written instructions to update the necessary information and complete the 2024 school year enrollment. This applies to current and new students. 9-12th Boys Soccer meeting on June 7th at 5:30 pm in the CHS Cafeteria. The information will be about 7v7 summer league league. #CPSZEBRAPRIDE

Finals start tomorrow! To preserve the testing environment, CHS will NOT check students out during the testing hour. Please have this conversation with your student/child. If a student is checked out, notes will be delivered at the end of the class period. If they finish early, a student will remain in the classroom for the entire time. This procedure allows other students to continue working on their final without disruptions. If a parent calls to check a student out, the office will announce those names at the end of the class period. Thank you for your help in this matter. We want to ensure ALL students are in an environment conducive to testing.

It's never too early to start studying for block finals! Block Finals Schedule: 🖊 May 25: 2nd and 4th period 🖊 May 26: 1st and 3rd period 🛑 Remember - to protect the testing environment students will not be checked out of school DURING class time. We will make announcements at the end of each hour to dismiss any students who have been checked out. 📞📩 Parents, the phone lines will be busy throughout the day, please leave a message. If you know your child will need to be checked out of school, you can call or email starting today for checkouts this week.
