Who: Households approved for free/reduced meals by their school district may already be approved for an EBT card and will not need to apply online. Approval notices will be mailed by the end of March.

What: Qualifying families will receive an EBT card (which works like a debit card)that allows you to purchase healthy food for the summer. These cards will use a PIN# to purchase benefits.

All students are eligible to apply for this program. They apply through the Cherokee Nation, not through the school district. This is for a SNAP/EBT card.
