The Inaugural C-Love wrestling camp was a huge success. We had 45 young boys and girls come together and work hard for a common goal, to build Claremore Wrestling from the ground up. All of the wrestlers got to learn some great technique, play some fun games, make some new friends, and starting their journey toward getting the hand raised in late February in a Zebra singlet.
Along with the wrestlers we had a ton of alumni come and share their wrestling knowledge with the future Zebra Wrestlers. Thank you, Ian Trosky, Cordell Hunt (former state qualifier and Ottawa University wrestler), Michael Williams (former state champ and all-American), Caleb Freeman (former 4x state champ), Ryan Cochran (former state runner-up), Kaden Stanley (former state champ and 3x time state placer), Aidan Boyd (former 2x state placer and state runner-up), Tracy Reeder (former state runner-up and professional MMA fighter). Also, would like to thank the Zebra wrestling booster club for all of their help, and Coach Weber for putting all of this together and running a great camp.
