Parent-teacher conferences will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
- ELEMENTARY - October 12 & 17, 2023, March 7 & 12, 2024
- WRJH - October 12, & November 9, 2023, Feburary 15, 2024
- CHS - Sept. 19 & November 9, 2023, February 15 & March 28, 2024
Parents/Guardians will make an appointment with their child's teacher(s) through myconferencetime.com. In addition to teachers contacting you with the link, the school sites will post it on their website closer to the conference dates.

Once you schedule your conference, the teacher will receive a conference time confirmation. You will also receive an email reminder a few days before the conference.

Remember - this is an evening set aside for these conferences, but our staff is available to meet with you during the school day as schedules permit. Contact our teachers, counselors, or administration to schedule an appointment anytime.
