INCLEMENT WEATHER PLAN (February 2 - 4, 2022)
Due to the current forecast, we expect precipitation and a significant drop in temperatures during the day on Wednesday, potentially affecting our ability to transport students home safely. We also want to give families as much time as possible to prepare.
Claremore Public Schools will make the following changes to our calendar for the remainder of the week.
- Wednesday, February 2, 2022 - DISTANCE LEARNING DAY (DL)
- Thursday, February 3, 2022 - OFFICIAL SNOW DAY
- Friday, February 4, 2022 - To Be Determined
DISTANCE LEARNING
- Make sure students bring their devices and chargers home every day.
- Teachers will be available during school hours to provide instruction digitally.
- Students must check in to their Google Classroom and complete the lessons to be counted present. High School students, please check into your classrooms according to the regular schedule.
MEALS - CPS Child Nutrition Department will provide Grab & Go meals in the drive-thru at the Enrollment Center (101 W. 11th Street) on Wednesday, February 3rd, from 10:30a - 12:30p.
AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES
- There will be no after-school activities, including practices or games.
- Parent/Teacher Conferences Rescheduled - Thursday, February 3rd, conferences are canceled and will be rescheduled for 4:00p - 7:30p on Thursday, February 10th. Your appointment time will remain the same unless you make other arrangements through the myconference time link for your child’s school. You can find your link here.

- Updates will be on all CPS platforms (Website, Mobile App, Facebook, Twitter & Email) and local TV stations.
- Download the app on Android or iPhone. Make sure your contact information is up to date on the parent portal on Wengage.
