Happy National Bus Driver Day! Today we honor the unsung heroes of the public school system: our bus drivers and their transportation aides. Their top priority is getting your children to and from school safely, rain or shine! For Earth Day, our students enjoyed a special treat in the cafeteria! Our amazing Claremont cafeteria staff whipped up a delicious meal of Loaded Earth Spuds (loaded tater tots), Earth Day Franks (hot dogs), and for dessert, Worms ‘N’ Dirt! It was such a fun way to celebrate the day, reflect on what it’s all about, and remind ourselves to be mindful of our planet. “Save the Earth today, for tomorrow.” #CPSZEBRAPRIDE #earthday

Second grade spent their Social and Emotional Learning time working on balance. Though this skill may seem easy, it takes focus, control, and patience, just like managing our emotions! The students had a great time practicing both physical and emotional balance, one careful step at a time. #CPSZEBRAPRIDE
