Can you design a system that will protect an egg from a fall? That's an Egg Drop Project! Our 8th grade Science classes are trying this experiment. Students try to build a structure that will prevent a raw egg from breaking when dropped from a certain height. When creating this, they must try a design that would reduce the amount of energy transferred from potential to kinetic energy on the egg shell, keeping the shell from breaking. Mrs. Dixon's class had 2 successful egg drops, and lots that weren't so successful! #CPSZEBRAPRIDE

Ms. Lohmann's 6th grade Advanced Math class took what they knew about combining like terms to solve a puzzle. When you make it fun, learning is easy! #CPSZEBRAPRIDE
