Mr. Isenbart's Robotics class visited our 6th grade classrooms to tell all about Robotics and what they get to do and learn in Robotics! Robotics is a hands-on program that integrates science, technology, engineering and math. STEM! Students learn about designing, building and programming robots while also learning about teamwork and developing leadership skills to prepare them for their future.

Mrs. Williams' class is studying viscosity. Students tested the viscosity of different liquids by performing a liquid "race". Students used ketchup, cooking oil, juice, and chocolate syrup on a slanted sheet and timed the liquid from start to finish. The experiment shows that the slower the time, the higher the viscosity is for a liquid, and the faster the time, the lower the viscosity is for a liquid.

Enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year is now open!
All families must complete enrollment every year. Enrollment may be completed entirely online, and we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer to enroll. If you do not have access to a computer, or if you need enrollment assistance, the CPS Enrollment Center has computers and scanners available and will be happy to help. They are open daily from 8a - 4p (arrive by 3:30p).
You are now able to enroll your current students for the 2023-2024 school year by accessing the student records portal through this link https://ok.wengage.com/claremore.
Please watch the video instructions or follow the written instructions to update the necessary information and complete the 2024 school year enrollment. This applies to current and new students.

What is one-point perspective? It is a drawing method that shows how things appear to get smaller as they get further away to basically vanishing on the horizon.
In Mrs. Breen's Art class, students have been working on one point perspective. They took their knowledge and put it into practice by sketching the front of our building. What do you think? Do they look like WRJH?
