Catalayah has ANOTHER BIG WINNER!!!!
City of Claremore Storm Water Manager Julie Monnot reached out to Claremore Public Schools to see if their fifth-graders would be interested in participating in an art contest. As a prize, the winner gets to have their art displayed on a trash truck for the next few years.
Our very own HANNA STESNEY IS THE WINNER!!!
All entries were set up in the Storm Water building where city councilors and city employees would go to see and vote on the art.
Be on the look out for the trash truck Hanna designed!! If you see it around town send us a picture!

Last week Mr. D took his Chorus students to perform at the PAC. They got to perform with other elementary and jr high students across the district for their families and friends.

Enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year is now open!
All families must complete enrollment every year. Enrollment may be completed entirely online, and we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer to enroll. If you do not have access to a computer, or if you need enrollment assistance, the CPS Enrollment Center has computers and scanners available and will be happy to help. They are open daily from 8a - 4p (arrive by 3:30p).
You are now able to enroll your current students for the 2023-2024 school year by accessing the student records portal through this link https://ok.wengage.com/claremore.
Please watch the video instructions or follow the written instructions to update the necessary information and complete the 2024 school year enrollment. This applies to current and new students.

The GT kids from all elementary schools got to travel to Oklahoma City Museum of Art after studying the art of glass artist Dale Chihuly. Mrs. Titsworth led Catalayah through the museum.

The Oklahoma Caring Van will provide FREE immunizations for children at the Claremore enrollment center March 21st & 23rd from 10a - 12p.
A parent/guardian must complete the required paperwork. Services will be provided to children who are uninsured, Medicaid eligible, or American Indian.

Mrs. Desy's class wrote out their plans to build a leprechaun trap last week. Then they put their plans into action and built their traps!

They didn't catch a leprechaun this time, but they sure had fun making their trap and eating our snack trap.
