Body image is a part of self esteem - it is how you feel about how you look - it also includes how you think others see you. Having a positive body image means that: -you feel comfortable in your body and the way you look -you feel good about the things your body can do -you feel empowered to take good care of your physical health Struggling with body image is a common thing - even in elementary students. Here are some ways we can help: -Ask your child to list three things they like about themselves and three things they are good at.
