Find a relaxing place. Sit comfortably and set a timer for 1 minute. Breathe deeply in and out while paying attention to any sensations you feel and noticing any sounds you hear. Take another slow deep breath. Imagine the air moving down into the lungs and back up. Take one more deep breath. Hold for a moment and then release.

Diorama's will be displayed and voted on through February so make sure you bring your friends and family by to vote! I check temperatures in the car rider line every morning, do lessons throughout the day, attend meetings with parents and teachers, meet with students individually, and provide resources to parents ALL IN ONE DAY!
