The annual Claremont Kindergarten 100th Day Fashion Show was a huge success! Students walked the red carpet with smiles on their faces, showcasing their creative outfits adorned with feathers, stickers, clothespins, paper clips, letters, cereal, and beautiful gems. Over the weekend, Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow and predicted six more weeks of winter. In Mrs. Mitchell’s kindergarten class, the students spent last week studying Groundhogs. They learned about hibernation and shadows, complete with an adorable and delicious snack. #CPSZEBRAPRIDE

Last week, Claremont’s 2nd graders spent time researching the life and legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. Through their studies, they learned about his leadership in the civil rights movement and his message of equality, justice, and kindness. His life continues to inspire us to treat others with respect and strive for a better, more inclusive world. #CPSZEBRAPRIDE
