Happy St. Patrick's Day! Leading up to spring break, we've had a lot of fun! We found some strange clovers on the playground, celebrated several birthdays, and set some traps to see if we could catch any leprechauns. Stay tuned to see if we caught any leprechauns, but in the meantime, enjoy these wonderful clover pictures brought to you by our second graders. A few years back, Claremont and Roosa were awarded a grant through our amazing CPS foundation, giving our 5th graders the opportunity to be a part of robotics!
They meet weekly at their own schools, but recently both schools had the great fortune of going to visit the CHS STEM building where Roosa and Claremont worked side by side with each other AND some of our award winning CHS robotics teams!
Just one more reason Claremore Schools are great: the way we come together is absolutely unmatched!

Osiyo! Cherokee Nation cultural experts recently came to Claremont from Tahlequah to teach our 3rd through 5th-grade students about the traditional activities of Cherokee marbles, stickball, blowguns, and storytelling. The students thoroughly enjoyed this enriching experience!

In Mrs. Rahe's first-grade class, the students have been delving into the world of measuring. Throughout this unit, they've been mastering the use of rulers and determining lengths. These engaging, hands-on activities are thoroughly enjoyed by the children.
