A few weeks ago, State Farm held a contest on social media for their National Night Out event where community members had the opportunity to give a shout out to their favorite school - and Claremont WON! We were blessed with snacks and school supplies today by one of our Claremont State Farm agents, Grant Gingerich! It gives teachers the ability to separate students into groups based upon their needs and then gives students individualized instruction based upon those needs. The Claremore Police Department, Volunteers for Youth and the Healthy Community Partnership, are hosting the “Back to School Bash at National Night Out” on Tuesday, August 3rd, from 6:30-8:30 pm at the Claremore Lake Park Splash Pad. Local organizations will give away free school 🖍 supplies and family resource information. Children will also be able to get a free back-to-school 💈 haircut and school 👩🏽‍⚕️immunizations will be provided by the Rogers County Health Department. COVID Antibody testing and COVID vaccinations will also be offered.
