There will be a box for anyone who wants to drop by and donate clean, gently used clothing or coats for future use.

Mrs. Woods class and second grade participated in a Pumpkin Palooza day where they learned all about pumpkins! 🎃 They ate pumpkin flavored treats, made a pumpkin shaped sun-catcher, and did a pumpkin themed writing about their favorite pumpkin foods that they tried throughout the day!

Time for Westside's annual pumpkin contest put together and hosted by our very own Ms. Lang! 🎃🐡🐈‍⬛ Your student(s) have been sent home with a flyer with the official rules and details. Please note that there should be no holes or carving to ensure they last until voting.

Running club reminder! 🏃🏽‍♀️🏃‍♂️💨 Running club starts today, Wednesday 10/22/25. Please plan on picking your child up at 3:50pm.

During our homecoming dress up week, Mrs. Sweets class had a beach day! Using Kinetic sand, students got to pretend they were at the beach building sand castles 🏖️☀️

Twin Tuesday featuring these sweet kinders in their matching dresses!

The Leader Lighting the Way Award for September went to Mr. Tucker! Always lighting the way for students and teachers, this award was well deserved! Congratulations Mr. Tucker! 🎉

Cup stacking in computers for these Kinders! Mrs. Armbristers class used hands on to explore STEM by stacking cups. They built towers and worked on hand-eye coordination and problem solving!

Each year in Art, students have the opportunity to create a t-shirt design that will be made into a t-shirt. Our PTO judges all of these drawings and decides on a winner. The winners of this years t-shirt drawing are 5th graders Austin Lyons, and Charlee Blossom. Amazing talent!! Stay tuned for the link to purchase these designs as a t-shirt!

The book fair has started! Students have the opportunity to visit throughout the school day, and it will be open during our next parent/teacher conferences on Tuesday the 14th!

🎶"Pass the pumpkin all around, listen to the spooky sound, uh-oh, uh-oh, will it land on you?" 🎃 🎶 Mr. Levesque's music class has been singing this fun song while working on rhythm and passing the pumpkin on the beat. 🎹

Each quarter, there is a drawing for attendance. Any student with no more than 2 unexcused absences has the opportunity to be placed in the drawing. For the first quarter our winners are: Acelynn Ward & Bradlee Hyslope! Awesome job!

Thank you to our PTO team for providing a delicious dinner for our faculty for Parent Teacher Conferences! 🦓🍽️

Scooter hockey in PE 🥅🏒 In the spring, Coach Campbell received a grant from Claremore Public Schools Foundation and used it to purchase a class set of scooters, and a foam hockey set with the goals. These 3rd graders had so much fun playing scooter hockey!

Maverick the therapy pup- he's here for the faculty too! 🐕‍🦺🐾

When he's not at car duty after school, you will find Mr. Levesque playing his guitar in the hallway. Students and faculty alike have a smile on their face! 🎶🎸
