In honor of National Physical Education Week , we want to recognize our PE teacher and all of the fun ways she gets her students engaged and moving! Coach Faulconer's fun and interactive games teach students many skill building techniques through physical education. 🏀👟

Recently, Mrs. Sanders' 1st grade class spread cheer and motivation to Ms. Nick's 3rd grade class for state testing with heartfelt cards and goodies! 📚💖

By playing card games, board games, and other interactive games, they're learning valuable lessons every step of the way such as listening carefully to directions, and playing fair. Rotating every 15 minutes, it's a new adventure, packed with laughter, learning, and camaraderie. 🎉

Parents, its about time to return library books! If your child has an overdue book, they will have a note sent home in the upcoming weeks as a reminder. Starting May 13th, students will be checking their books in as they visit the library. 📚 🔄
Turtle Tag is a fan favorite in Coach Faulconer's PE class.🐢
In the game of Turtle Tag, the taggers must gently tap students. When a student gets tapped, they lay on the floor with their hands and feet in the air and a classmate must help them up to continue playing. Students can take a short break by being a "turtle in their shell". 🐢
