Our next student spotlight is a GYMNAST! 🤸🏼♀️ Claire Bailey, our dedicated student, started gymnastics at Gymnastics City at just two years old. Now a competitive gymnast since age seven, she finds joy and fulfillment in her sport. With a goal to attend OU as a gymnast, she continues to excel, currently holding the title of platinum level gymnast.

Mrs. Breen's favorite thing is "wind therapy" on the Harley! She loves getting out in the open air to clear her head, think things through or just relax on a beautiful sunny day. It is wonderful to just jump on and take a ride and see where you might just wind up. She
has traveled to Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Kansas, Arkansas, Missouri and who knows where next!

Cherokee Nation Human Services are now accepting applications through the tribe’s online Gadugi Portal at https://gadugiportal.cherokee.org. The deadline for the application is Tuesday, July 16 at 5 p.m.

We're excited to spotlight one of our talented students, DJ Underwood, who began his musical journey last summer with the guitar. Inspired by his family's love for music, he's learned to play not only guitar but also bass and drums. With a passion for rock music and his trusty Fender acoustic guitar, he's aiming to follow in his family's footsteps and join a band!

It was an out-of-this-world project in Mrs. Rahn's STEM class! Students not only studied the history of rockets and the forces that propel them but also explored the vital role that Newton's Laws of Motion play in rocketry. After learning about the scientific principles and historic milestones, students designed, constructed, and launched their own rockets.
This hands-on approach to learning allowed our aspiring rocket scientists to gain experience and understanding of the physics behind these incredible machines.

It's Friday FaVoRiTeS! Mrs. Luginbill has a favorite mug. It changes colors with hot liquids and reveals the fate of each of Henry VIII's wives. It's really cool! Every time she drinks from it while on cafeteria duty, at least one student asks if it is a picture of Coach Weber (which always makes her chuckle). It was a Christmas gift from Mrs. Bopp. Her other favorite thing is her family! ♥ #CPSZEBRAPRIDE
Mr. Lyles 8th grade students are leaving their mark - on his wall! They've painted a beautiful world map on the classroom wall, leaving a lasting impression and a reminder of their time at Will Rogers Junior High.

Fun pics of our FUN day! Our students had an absolute blast during our fun-filled day where they got to enjoy all kinds of different activities. Students took turns playing games and dunking some of our brave teachers who stepped up to the dunk tank, providing students with the unforgettable opportunity to make a splash and send their teachers plunging into the water!
Students also got sweet treats and sno-cones from our concession.
We are grateful to everyone who contributed to the success of this event and, most importantly, for making it a truly fun day for our students!
