Mrs. Ward’s class read Crankenstein Trick or Treat! They learned what makes this little guy turn into Crankenstein at Halloween (like getting a toothbrush instead of candy). When he gets frustrated he says, “Merrrrrr!!”
Then they did a science experiment with baking soda and vinegar to demonstrate how Crankenstein feels when he feels angry!

How cool is this!!!
In computer class Mrs. Brassfield showed her classes the inside of the computer tower. They checked out the motherboard, CPU, RAM memory card, hard drive and cooling fans.
The motherboard is a circuit board making up a computer system. A typical computer is built with the microprocessor (CPU), main memory, and other basic components all plugged into the motherboard.
It was really cool to see and learn about the inside of the computer!

Our PTO worked so hard to make the night special for everyone.
We had concessions, games, face painting and the live and silent auctions.

Will Rogers Day is Friday, Nov 4 and the theme this year is Movie Character.
On this day we celebrate our connection to America's Favorite Son. Send your student to school dressed as their favorite movie character. (No costume masks, weapons or fake blood).

Everybody loves that Chick-Fil-A sweet tea and lemonade! Bring it to your holiday gathering, corporate party, or home for dinner. This month Chick-fil-A will donate $1 to the Claremore Public School Foundation. CPSF funds class and teacher grants district-wide.
Go by and grab a gallon or two... or three this month.
