Earlier this year, the Oklahoma Legislature passed a new law requiring all public schools to become βcell phone-free zonesβ during school hours. In compliance, the Claremore Public Schools Board of Education has officially adopted a local policy to guide implementation across the district.

β This form must be turned in to the front office before you will be allowed to leave campus for lunch.
β You must carry a copy of the signed form with you at all times.

Weβll kick things off with a short meeting in the PAC. Parents are invited and encouraged to attend.
After the meeting, students will break off with their FUZE leaders for a fun and engaging morning! Activities will include:

Get ready for Freshman Orientation on Thursday, August 7th, from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Robson PAC!
π£ The day begins at 8:30 AM in the Robson PAC with a brief parent meeting β all freshmen parents are invited!
π Afterward, freshmen will team up with our awesome FUZE leaders for a fun and informative tour of CHS. Theyβll explore the school, meet new friends, and pick up their class schedules!
π Parents can pick up their students at 11:00 AM at the front entrance of the high school.
β Canβt make it to the morning meeting? No problem! Mrs. Lee will go over the same information during an evening session at 6:00 PM on Thursday, August 7th in the Robson PAC for all 9thβ12th grade parents.
Please note: This evening session is for information only β no student schedules will be passed out at that time.
