The cheerleaders will teach a cheer and dance at the clinic on February 4th and 6th from 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. at Claremore High School (Main Entrance). The game performance will be during the varsity basketball game on Friday, February 7th. The Cost is $45 and includes a t-shirt. Recently, Claremore High School's Room 701 Jazz Choir performed for the Oklahoma Music Educators Association at their annual conference. Students performed at the Tulsa Performing Arts Center as one of the Honor Jazz Choirs. Their incredible sacrifice, efforts, and talents showed just how phenomenal they are, and they represented CHS well!

A couple of weeks ago, Mr. Pettus' classes welcomed a guest speaker who gave an engaging presentation on Oklahoma weather and natural disasters. Scott Pettus, the Deputy Director of Emergency Management in Cherokee County, is an experienced storm and tornado chaser with extensive knowledge in tracking and managing natural disasters. This past week, Geography and Oklahoma History classes explored weather-related topics, and the students were highly engaged as they delved into the causes and effects of these natural events.

The Oklahoma State University Jazz Band recently traveled from Stillwater to perform for our high school band and choir students. The audience was captivated by the swing tunes and energized by the lively music. The best part of it all was getting to see one of our own Zebra Alumni back on the Robson PAC stage.
