Students explored how artists like Da Vinci, Michelangelo, and Raphael transformed art with bold new perspectives and groundbreaking techniques. ποΈ From lifelike detail to depth and proportion, the Renaissance truly changed how the world saw creativityβand our students got to experience it firsthand!

AP Euro students explored the Plague with a hands-on simulation! From peasants to nobility, no one was safe. This activity helped students see why survivors were eager to question old social structures and enjoy the Renaissanceβs newfound luxuries.

Ms. Taylorβs biology students put their lab safety knowledge to the test! π¬π§ͺ Working together, they decided if an βanimal scientistβ should be βhiredβ or βfiredβ based on their safety practices. Students moved around the classroom and hallway completing a card rotationβlearning, collaborating, and having a great time!



Learning + movement + connection = success! Mrs. Lutzβs class answered syllabus questions in a unique way: students paired up, shared answers, gave high fives, and got to know classmates outside their table. Fun, interactive, and a great start to the year!




Day two of school kicked off with school spirit at our Welcome Back Pep Rally! Freshmen were warmly welcomed, new faculty were introduced, and everyone got into the action with fun games. The excitement peaked when the seniors brought home the Spirit Stick! What a way to start the year!





Mrs. Gonzalezβs students kicked off the year with the Elephant Game! From the King Elephant down to the worm, each student had a role and a signal to master. The challenge? Pay attention, communicate quickly, and try to knock others out to climb your way to the top spot!
This fun and energetic game gave students a chance to laugh together, break the ice with new classmates, and practice teamworkβall while building a classroom environment where everyone feels comfortable participating. What a great start to the year!
