Tonight Claremore High School's yearly ZAP (Zebra Advisement Program) concludes its year-long process with its annual enrollment night for all current 8th - 11th graders. Hundreds of parents walked through the doors of CHS to enroll their children into the 23-24 school year. Parents, students, and teacher advisors discussed the current transcript, credits, classes, and opportunities to make a schedule conducive to the individual needs of their child.

SENIOR ANNOUNCMENTS: CAREER FAIR - If you're not sure what your plans are after graduation or if college is not for you please consider attending this Career Fair. This is an opportunity for you to get information and possibly get offered gainful employment. We will be taking a bus to the Career Fair being held at the Claremore NTC campus on May 2nd from 10:00am to 11:00am. If you would like to attend please sign up in the counseling office. We will leave the school around 9:45am. SCHOLARSHIPS - Check the bulletin board outside of room 101, the school website under CHS and Scholarships or my office for any scholarships currently available.
GRADUATION DVD'S - If you are interested in purchasing a DVD of this years graduation you can order one through the myschoolbucks.com website. If you don't already have an account you can set one up. The DVD is $5.00, orders will close on May 24th and they will be delivered with your diplomas in June.
SENIOR SHOUT OUTS - filming for Senior Shout Outs will be during the month of April. Ms. Johnson will be scheduling times to go to all the senior classes to film. During Flex Encore weeks in April you can swing by room 502 to record your shout out. If you're not available during any of these times you can email ztv@claremore.k12.ok.us to set up a time to be filmed. The shout outs are played on the jumbotron/scoreboard at the football stadium before graduation begins.

ATTENTION ALL JUNIORS!! It's time for Spring Testing!! Check out the wall in the Commons area for your Name, testing room and Date for your test!! You will need to bring your own calculator. This test is a Graduation Requirement, so be sure you are here and on time on your testing day!!
Also, if you have not turned in the blue permission form so you can do the Non Test information, come by the counseling office and get one. Deadline is this Friday.

This year's Senior class voted for their most inspirational teacher who will be honored at Baccalaureate in May. The senior class voted Mr. Cummings as their Teacher of the Year. A huge shoutout and Congratulations to Mr. Cummings!
Attention all Juniors! The Alumni Association Scholarship application is now available in the counseling office. If you plan to attend college after high school this is a great local scholarship you can apply for now.
Tickets for Prom go on sale April 3rd. Prom is Saturday, April 8th from 7pm-10pm. This year's theme is "The Great Gatsby".

Enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year is now open!
All families must complete enrollment every year. Enrollment may be completed entirely online, and we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer to enroll. If you do not have access to a computer, or if you need enrollment assistance, the CPS Enrollment Center has computers and scanners available and will be happy to help. They are open daily from 8a - 4p (arrive by 3:30p).

Please watch the video instructions or follow the written instructions to update the necessary information and complete the 2024 school year enrollment. This applies to current and new students.

Claremore Cheer Tryouts for grades 7th-12th. Mandatory parent/guardian meeting tonight, March 23rd, 6:00 pm at WRJH. Tryout clinics will be March 27, 29 from
4:00-5:30 pm in the WRJH gym. On March 30th, there will be a mock tryout from 4:00-5:30 pm. Tryouts will be held March 31st at 4:00 pm in the gym for junior high and high school students. Contact sara.eagleton@claremore.k12.ok.us for more information.

The Oklahoma Caring Van will provide FREE immunizations for children at the Claremore enrollment center March 21st & 23rd from 10a - 12p.
A parent/guardian must complete the required paperwork. Services will be provided to children who are uninsured, Medicaid eligible, or American Indian.
