Many of our students had the incredible opportunity to interview at Northeast Technology Center, where they applied for a chance to enroll in a variety of full-time technical programs during their junior and senior years. This invaluable experience not only opens doors to specialized career training but also equips students with hands-on skills that prepare them for the workforce or further education. Our strong partnership with Northeast Technology Center has empowered countless students to expand their knowledge, gain industry certifications, and pursue their passions in high-demand fields.

Our Pre-AP Biology students got hands-on with their learning by crafting 3D cell models to explore the intricate world of organelles! Through this creative project, they deepened their understanding of the differences between plant and animal cells.

Female Fitness just successfully completed their diet project! Each group researched and presented a specific diet, outlining its pros and cons, key components, and how to implement it effectively. The information was showcased both as a poster and a slideshow, which was then presented to the class. After each presentation, students engaged in thoughtful discussions about the diet's benefits and challenges. To enhance their work, students also utilized AI tools to refine and perfect their presentations, making them more informative and engaging.

It looks like another "Slip, Slide, and Stay Inside Day" on Friday, February 21st. Due to the continued weather, dangerous roads, parking lots, and sidewalks, Claremore Public Schools will be closed again tomorrow. While we always strive to keep schools open, safety remains our top priority.
CPS after-school activities are canceled. The OSSAA state wrestling regional matches will proceed as scheduled on Friday. The 5A matches begin at 5 p.m. The OSSAA state swim meet has been rescheduled to the 24th and 25th. Check your Rooms for updates from your coaches and advisors.
This will be an official “snow day,” so your assignment includes being safe, staying warm, and making a memory! Make it “A Great Day To Be A Zebra.”
District leaders will continue to monitor the forecast and evaluate conditions, and decisions will be made on a day-by-day basis. Updates will be on all CPS platforms (Website, Mobile App, Facebook, & Email) and local TV stations. Download the app on Android or iPhone. Make sure your contact information is up to date on your parent portal.

What an incredible day in Graphic Design Studio class! Students had the exciting opportunity to create their own custom-designed T-shirts using DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers. For the first time, they got hands-on experience with the brand-new heat press, bringing their creative visions to life. Adding to the excitement, a generous community member donated high-quality T-shirts, making the experience even more special. Mrs. Davis guided the class through the DTF process, teaching them the ins and outs of this professional printing technique. The energy in the room was contagious as students pressed their unique designs onto shirts, gaining both technical skills and a deeper appreciation for the world of graphic design!
