Coach Jackson’s Health and Nutrition students are diving into the world of anatomy by exploring the muscles of the human body. Students created detailed diagrams and posters to identify the three types of muscle groups — cardiac, smooth, and skeletal — and explain how they work together to help our bodies function every day.

From flexing biceps to understanding heart contractions, these students are building a strong foundation in health and human performance!

As part of our month-long “Fall Vibes Only” celebration, Claremore High School staff came together to spread some sweetness and cheer by collecting two overflowing boxes of candy to donate to The Courtyards at Claremore Assisted Living.
