Registration for students returning to Claremore Public Schools in the 2026-27 school year is now open. Please complete registration by May 31, 2026.
Each year, parents/guardians are required to update and confirm information for all students in Claremore Public Schools. This process allows the District and school sites to access important information and communicate with CPS families. The information provided by parents/guardians also contains data that the District is required to send to the Oklahoma State Department of Education.
CPS Enrollment Registration for the 2026-2027 School Year
Phase 1: Online Registration Update
Access the Infinite Campus (IC) Parent Portal:
Navigate to the IC Parent Portal login page.
If you have not activated your account, please email
enrollmentcenter@claremore.k12.ok.us
or call 918-923-4350 to receive your activation key.
Complete the Online Registration Update:
Log in to your IC parent portal via a desktop or the IC app.
Navigate to Home Screen > Shortcuts > Zebra Online Registration Update.
Select "Existing Student Registration" and then click "Start".
Update your student(s) information as required.
The new school year will require an updated Proof of Residency (e.g., a utility bill).
Phase 2: Submission of Required Paperwork (After July 1)
Complete and Submit Required Forms:
Forms are available after July 1 and must be submitted before receiving a class schedule.
Ensure submission of:
Updated Proof of Residency (if not previously submitted during the online registration update).
Educational Benefits Form (Child Nutrition+).
Home Language Survey.
McKinney-Vento Form.
Technology Responsible Use Agreement.
Device Protection Fee.
Check for Communication:
You will receive communications from the Registrar at your child’s school concerning any missing documentation.
Phase 3: Enrollment Confirmation and Class Schedule
Receiving Enrollment Status and Schedule:
The school's Registrar will notify you about your child’s enrollment status.
Elementary Students: Teacher assignments will be given during the annual Meet The Teacher night in August.
Secondary Students: Class schedules will be distributed in August once they are finalized.
