4th grade was given "Play Money" and the task to make a volcano with supplies they bought from the class Store Mart. The students had to prove their math to include addition and subtraction for their purchases and change given. Then they put the information into the class register. They then created their volcanoes using the supplies bought. Using baking soda and vinegar they watched their volcanoes erupt! They wrote a narrative about the results. #CPSZEBRAPRIDE

SORRY KIDS - NO MORE SNOW DAYS
CPS will resume our regular schedule tomorrow, Feb. 7th. The roads are clear, so we will not need to retrofit our new buses to get you there.
Remember, Friday is our collaboration day; all sites will dismiss early, as usual.
#CPSZEBRAPRIDE

Due to the dropping temperatures and re-freezing of melted snow, the road conditions continue to be hazardous, Claremore Public Schools will remain closed Thursday, February 6th. As a result, the Parent/Teacher Conferences scheduled for tomorrow will now be Thursday, February 13th. Your previously scheduled conference time will remain the same unless you contact your child's teacher directly or go to the myconferencetime site to change your time.
