There have been a few occasions in recent years that these students have visited the halls of Roosa Elementary, but for many of them, this was their first time since 2017 that they've stepped foot in the building.
They walked the halls with confidence and style, giving high fives and hugs along the way, and several even left valuable life lessons for current Roosa kiddos (spoiler alert: eating all of your veggies, drinking your milk, and trying something new you never thought you'd like are the keys to success).
Tonight at 7:30, we get to see them and their classmates walk the big stage at Lantow Field and congratulate them as they move to the next leg of their journeys! Congratulations, class of 2024!

Zebra Stripes Summer Camp The Zebra Stripes Summer Day Care Program is held during the summer season. Our program focuses on providing exceptional care for kindergarten through fifth grade. After having to share our school nurse with other buildings in years past, we've been so blessed to have Nurse Bre join us this year AND get to be on site all day long! From helping scratchy throats and playground injuries, to upset tummies and to teaching kids how to stay healthy, Nurse Bre's days stay busy for sure! She may have just become part of the Roosa crew this school year, but she has jumped right into the thick of it, and students and staff alike have made no secret about how much we adore Nurse Bre! Thank you for all you do, and happy Nurses Day, Nurse Bre!!
