National STEM/STEAM day was first recognized in 2015 as a way to help encourage and inspire student involvement in some pretty spectacular fields of study:

Technology
Engineering
Art
Math
We are so lucky at Roosa to introduce students to STE(A)M in our amazing STEM lab with such dedicated and enthusiastic teachers! Critical thinking and problem solving are presented in some very hands on projects and it is definitely well loved by all!

Have you ever wanted a one on one lunch with your favorite teacher? How about your amazing principal? What would you talk about if you got to pick the brain of the man in power, superintendent, Mr. Frazier?
Our fabulous PTO gave fall festival goers, the chance to win those opportunities, and these lovely ladies eagerly jumped at that chance!!
Emma and Autumn each got a quiet lunch at The Pink House: Emma with Mrs. Willard, and Autumn with her favorite teacher pick, Mrs. Page, while Livy chose to invite Mr. Frazier to join her and her friends as they discussed the daily goings on and some heavier hitting topics like OU vs OSU.
Thank you to our PTO for making it happen, they all had so much fun!

First grade played BoxBall and they agreed it was a lot of fun blocking the opposite team from scoring and listing to the fun music to dance to while they played!

🌶SAVE THE DATE - November 3rd - for the 36th Annual Chili Supper hosted by the Claremore Rotary. Your $5 ticket will include a heaping bowl of chili, a drink, dessert and entertainment. You can purchase your ticket from any Rotary member or at the door; all proceeds benefit the Claremore Public School Foundation and go directly to teachers through their annual Grant Patrol program.
