CVS Device Return Process

Step 1: First, make an appointment through instrtech@claremore.k12.ok.us.

Choose CVS Device Return, then select the best date and time for you and your family. We will have appointment slots available.

Choose the time and then choose "Confirm."

Enter your name, email address, and the name or names of the students to whom you are returning a device. If you have multiple students, you may set one (1) appointment time for all students. The system will email you a confirmation of the appointment.

Appointments are scheduled for the Claremore Public Schools Administration Building at 102 W. 10th Ave., Claremore, OK 74017.

Step 2: Check in at the desk. The office staff will give you the paperwork for your student’s device.

A technology staff member or designee will inspect the device for damages, repairs, or needed replacements. Charges will be assessed, and the student/parent/guardian will be charged as published in the Acceptable Technology Usage Agreement signed at the initial check-out. Claremore Public Schools will work with families on payment plans. Please know that we only accept checks and cash as payment.

Remember the device, the power adapter, and all cables and cases (if applicable) given to you at check-out. Any missing items must be returned before students receive a device for next year.
