"Don’t quit. Enjoy high school while you have it. Time waits for no one."

"This journey as a Zebra has taught me that I can persevere through hard things. It has revealed a passion for people, reading, and learning that I didn't think was possible to have."
đź”´ What are you most proud of in your high school career?
"I am most proud of the memories I have made with my friends and classmates. I know that I will be able to look back on the things I did and have no regrets."
đź”´ What were the hardest challenges you overcame to achieve this honor?
"A big challenge I had to overcome to achieve this honor was finding the grit to get out of bed every day and excel. To have grit means to put your best foot forward even on the bad days."
đź”´ What does this accomplishment mean to you?
"This achievement means that there are so many new open doors. I am proud to have accomplished such an honor."
đź”´ Looking back on your school experience at CPS, what does being a Zebra mean to you?
"Being a Zebra means that I'm able to come together with people of different backgrounds and still be unique."

"I personally did not attend elementary school in Claremore, but I know the staff has made and continues to make a lasting positive impact on their students."
đź”´ What junior high staff member impacted your life most, and how?
"The Will Rogers Junior High staff member that made the biggest impact on my life was the choir teacher, Mrs. Shilling. She's retired now, but she made me believe that I could be myself."

"The Claremore High School staff member that made the biggest impact on my life was Mrs. Andrews. Her personality is wonderful, and her ability to teach is inspiring!"

"AP / Pre-AP Programs; Athletics; Book Club; Christian Club; Work Experience / Shadow / Internship (Career Development Program); Soccer"
đź”´ What is the one thing you will absolutely take with you to college?
"I will absolutely be taking a coffee maker to college. Coffee is a need before exams, and chamomile tea is a need before bed."
