"Opening up and making new friends and meeting new people I never thought I would."

"Managing job and school at the same time, balancing them so I keep my As."

"It means I can do a lot more than I thought I could."

"My art teachers. They inspired and introduced something that will forever be a part of me and have a lasting impact for the rest of my life."

"Kyle Dalton. I have known him since he graduated, and he's also my youth minister. He is one of the few people I genuinely feel I could talk with about anything and has helped me through a lot the past two years—even if I have never told him and he doesn't know."
