Free & Reduced Meal Applications Now Available On Your New Parent Portal 

Free & Reduced Meals Applications

The waivers from the USDA that allowed us to serve all students free of charge have expired. Families must complete the Educational Benefits Application for the 2023-2024 school year to qualify for Free or Reduced Meals.

Filling out the Educational Benefits Application is quick and easy. We have several ways an application can be accessed and completed.

  • For an online application, go to your new Infinite Campus Parent Portal > More > Meals Benefits.
    • If you have not created a Parent Portal account, you will need to do that first. 
  • Applications can be printed from our website on the Child Nutrition Page.
  • An application can be picked up at the Child Nutrition Office or Enrollment Office at 101 W 11th Street.
  • An application can be sent to you by emailing us at mary.lewis@claremore.k12.ok.us.

Be sure to follow the instructions carefully; if you have any questions, please contact the Child Nutrition office at 918-923-4243. 

REGULAR MEAL PRICES

  • Breakfast - $2.25 for elementary & secondary
  • Lunch - $3.75 for elementary
  • Lunch - $4.00 for secondary
  • *Premium Lunch - $5.00 available at the high school only
  • Snack - $1.25

*HS Premium Meal is new for SY 23-24 and includes double protein, complex carbs, and a variety of fruits and vegetables, juice, and milk for peak performance

REDUCED MEAL PRICES

  • Breakfast $  .30
  • Lunch $  .40

CPS Child Nutrition is in the process of transferring balances (debits/credits)  from the 22-23 school year to student accounts for the 23-24 school year. 

Online meal payment access will be posted as soon as it is available.

Until the online option is activated, please send a check or cash to add funds to your child’s meal account. Child Nutrition staff will be on-site during Meet The Teacher to assist you with your payments. 

At Claremore Public Schools, we do everything possible to ensure that students who qualify for free or reduced-price meals:

  • Feel no social stigma for applying to the program.
  • They are treated & greeted the same at the cash register as any other student.
  • They are not singled out in any way to ensure their complete anonymity.
  • Can be confident that all information is kept entirely confidential.
