🎢🦓 #ZebraTravelDiaries 🦓🎢
Three darling 2nd graders from Roosa (Kora, Saylor, and Kennedy) took their #CPSZEBRAPRIDE for a spin at ROLLER WORLD USA! These young adventurers remind us that whether you're on skis, scooters, or skates, wearing your Zebra logo proudly means you're always ready for fun and adventure.
Keep sending in those Zebra logo photos!

Osiyo Zebras! Cherokee Nation cultural experts recently visited Claremont from Tahlequah to teach our 3rd through 5th-grade students about the traditional activities of Cherokee marbles, stickball, blowguns, and storytelling! The students thoroughly enjoyed this enriching experience that immersed them into the Cherokee culture! 🦓♥

💙💙💙🩷🩷🩷 3+3=6 Little Zebras have been added to our Zebra Dazzle this school year. Our newest addition, Brixton Jett Durham, was born on March 8th to Mrs. Katelyn Durham, an elementary teacher at Westside.
Congratulations - your Zebra family can't wait to meet you! #CPSZEBRAPRIDE🩷

Faith Eaton, a 1st grader at Westside, is living her best life and representing her #CPSZEBRAPRIDE at Disney’s Magic Kingdom over Spring Break.
As you head out on vacations, staycations, day trips, camp, or any other spring break fun, send us (jbrace@claremore.k12.ok.us) your pictures in your ZEBRA GEAR and tell us where you are, and we'll share them with our community.

TThe members of Math Club weren't the only zebras who celebrated Pi Day!🥧
Mrs. Higgins' math classes celebrated by doing math work... but once they were finished, they got to eat their PIE (donut)! Who knew math could be so tasty? ❤🦓

This entry of our # ZebraTravelDiaries features a whole team of Zebras representing their #CPSZEBRAPRIDE. CHS baseball is playing in a tournament in Broken Bow this week and you can watch them on Gamechanger https://web.gc.com/teams/qWNJHqXGgRoe at 3:30 today!

Breezy is a first grader at Roosa Elementary and is sporting her #CPSZEBRAPRIDE in Gulf Shores, Alabama, for this entry in our #ZebraTravelDiaries.
You don't have to be going far; you have to show your #CPSZEBRAPRIDE (sporting your ZEBRA logo) when you are there. Make a memory and email photos to jbrace@claremore.k12.ok.us.

Within the unit, they created sundials as a reinforcement activity - demonstrating how the earth continuously turns on its axis. This fun and interactive activity helps students understand these critical concepts and the practical applications of science and math in the real world! Plus, it's lots of fun! ☀🦓

In Mrs. James' computer class, our fourth graders elevate their typing abilities using Typing Club! They're dedicated to developing muscle memory and mastering the home row keys. Understanding how to type is essential for children as it lays the foundation for effective communication and academic success. 💻

WRJH Physical Science students went on an exciting journey of discovery as they experimented with different colors of light! 💡
With their 'laser fingers', they used the colors to make white light and see the interactions of the different wavelengths! It was a captivating experience that not only sparked their curiosity but also illuminated the principles of light and color in a hands-on and engaging way! 🧪🦓

Each year, Ms. Palmer's 3rd grade class dives into an exciting postcard exchange, connecting with classrooms nationwide to learn fascinating facts about different states! 🌎✉
Their journey begins as they explore the wonders of Oklahoma! From researching to writing and typing, our students are crafting unique postcards filled with interesting tidbits about the Sooner State. These cards are sent off to different schools across the nation - while our zebras eagerly await the informational postcards coming in from these other states! 📝✨

💙💙🩷🩷🩷 Looks like the lady Zebras have taken the lead in the Zebra Dazzle. Meet the newest little Zebra, Miss Blakely James! She is the daughter of two of our Claremore Public School employees, Nurse Kyla at Claremont Elementary and her husband, David, a teacher at Roosa Elementary. Blakely was born on March 15th - just in time for spring break. She weighed 6 lbs 10 oz and measured 18" long. She will be well taken care of by her two big sisters, Avery Grace and Harper Jo.
Congratulations - your Zebra family can't wait to meet you! #CPSZEBRAPRIDE🩷
