In case you missed the first opportunity, there is another chance for JOM participants to pick up their school supplies on Friday, July 14th, from 8:00 AM–noon at the Education Service Center located at 101 W. 11th Street (look for the circle drive). This distribution is for students who attended CPS last school year and are enrolled in the JOM program. Native American students new to CPS will pick up their supplies on August 23rd. CF Industries volunteered their time to present to the Girls STEM Club at Will Rogers Junior High about engineering, helped them build a solar robot, and gave them a book about women in science! It may be summer, but our teachers are always learning! They are soaking up the sun, new skills, and knowledge! ☀🌊🍧 Claremore Public Schools are a Great Expectation District; all 4 elementary sites and our junior high are GE Model Schools! Twenty-three CPS teachers and administrators spent 4 days of their summer at the Great Expectations training, learning alongside other educators from the area. It was a week of professional collaboration and growth, targeting ways to elevate school culture and academic excellence!
