Mr. Greenland’s Psychology classes recently had Oklahoma Army National Guard members come in to teach them some self-defense techniques using their RedMan training gear. For these self-defense classes, a certified Army National Guard self-defense trainer taught the students about prevention psychology, different types of personalities, harassment, how to understand an attacker, prey and predator, survival awareness, and preventative mindset. The trainer also used the RedMan training suits to teach the students various self-defense techniques. This training is designed to help students learn to control a situation and boost their confidence. #CPSZEBRAPRIDE

Ever wonder what a principal does when we are out of the building? Mrs. Willard, Roosa's Principal, decided to give us a sneak peek. All silliness aside, our principals are busy monitoring instruction, returning emails, checking the facilities, and engaging families/students. If you need them, please reach out - they are there for you. Obviously, they will do anything for our students! â–¶ https://youtu.be/KduX1Xg0Gsw #CPSZEBRAPRIDE
