An Unforgettable Day of Music & Inspiration! 🎶
Yesterday, our CHS band students had the incredible opportunity to learn from members of the United States Air Force Band of the West! Students broke into instrument-specific masterclasses where they worked closely with professional musicians—diving into collaborative playing, expert demonstrations, and meaningful Q&A sessions. 🎺🥁🎷
The day wrapped up with a phenomenal evening concert at the Robson Performing Arts Center, performed before a packed and enthusiastic crowd. The music, energy, and inspiration were nothing short of amazing!
We are so grateful to the USAF Band of the West for sharing their time and talent with our students and community. ❤️

When asked why he chose this path, he shared, “To make a difference in the lives of young people and to be a positive role model. I’m born and raised in this part of Oklahoma and wanted to be able to make a difference in this community.”

Ms. Hubbard is joining Claremont Elementary as a 3rd Grade Teacher. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northeastern State University and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health from Northeastern State University. She is currently working on her Alternative Teaching Certification.
When asked why she chose this path, she shared, “To foster a love of learning in my students and inspire them to pursue what makes them happy. I chose CPS for the new and exciting opportunities it offers for myself and my family.”

She is married to Anthony, an electrician, and together they have two boys—Harlen (6, entering 1st grade at Claremont) and Asher (5, entering Kindergarten at Claremont). In her free time, she loves reading with her boys, crafting, learning new things about people she knows and loves, watching musicals, and singing/listening to music in the car. She describes herself as an extremely picky eater.
