🚨 RECORD-BREAKING DAY FOR ZEBRA TRACK & FIELD! 🦓🔥 Last Friday was incredible for Claremore Track & Field! Our athletes didn’t just show up… they showed out and left their mark in the school record books on home turf! 🥏 Landon King shattered the Discus school record with a throw of 171'8", crushing the previous mark of 161'! 🏃‍♀️ Emma Robinson crushed the school record again, beating what she set earlier in the year, going from 5:12.45 to a new school record of 5:01 in the 1600m run! 🔥 The Girls 4x100 and 4x200 relay teams weren’t about to be left out — also breaking their school records set earlier this year! ➡️ 4x100 — 48.78 ➡️ 4x200 — 1:44.11 Relay Team Members: Addison Doyle, Addison Reavis, Ava Jestes & Lynie Bailey 👏 Huge congratulations to our athletes for an unforgettable day of history-making performances! #CPSZEBRAPRIDE | #RecordBreakers | #ZebraTrack

🐛📚 Hands-On Learning with a Twist at Roosa! 🐛✨ Ms. Leslie’s 3rd-grade class at Roosa Elementary wrapped up their read-aloud of "How to Eat Fried Worms" in the best way possible — with some fun, hands-on activities and observations to bring the book to life! What better way to celebrate finishing a story than turning reading into an experience? Way to go, 3rd graders, for making learning memorable (and maybe just a little squirmy)! #CPSZebraPride
