How Sick Is Too Sick For School? Tis the season in Oklahoma - sniffling, sneezing, coughing, headache, fever, tummy aches, nausea, etc. We miss our students when absent, but sometimes they need to recover at home; how do you make that decision? CPS encourages following the Oklahoma State Department of Health guidelines. These guidelines will help the child recover and protect against the spread of illnesses to other students and staff. Remember, students/staff should only return to school after being fever-free, vomiting or diarrhea-free for 24 hours without medication. Read more here: https://www.claremore.k12.ok.us/article/951336

Our NJROTC students stepped into the exciting world of gaming careers by participating in the RSU Game Testing Camp! This hands-on experience introduced them to the fast-growing gaming industry and the critical role game testers play in ensuring the quality and performance of new games. Game testers are the behind-the-scenes heroes, identifying bugs, testing gameplay mechanics, and providing feedback to developers. With the gaming industry expanding rapidly, game design, testing, and development careers are on the rise, offering exciting opportunities for creative and tech-savvy individuals. 👏 Let’s shout out to our NJROTC students for embracing this unique opportunity and exploring cutting-edge career trends! #CPSZebraPride

Our 1st graders are becoming graphing pros! 🎉 They're mastering the art of collecting data, organizing information, and creating fun, colorful graphs to showcase their learning. Graphing isn't just about numbers—it helps us uncover patterns, compare favorites, and even solve real-world questions, like discovering the class's top snack choice! 🍎🍪📊 Way to go, young mathematicians! Keep up the amazing work! 🚀✨ #CPSZEBRAPRIDE

Our Claremore FFA members recently attended the Kiefer FFA Living to Serve Conference! During this event, members listened to an inspiring keynote speech by guest speaker Mrs. Brooke Taylor from Rural Gone Urban. Following the keynote, they participated in a workshop led by state FFA officers Aubrie McEndoo and Anna Jo Helling. Finally, the students had the opportunity to pack over 10,000 meals for Meals of Hope, working alongside seven other FFA chapters. As the FFA motto states, “Learning to Do, Doing to Learn, Earning to Live, Living to Serve!” Our members truly embraced this motto and are excited for what comes next. Go Zebras! 🦓 🦓
