🐮🤼♂️ From the Roosa Wax Museum to the OSU wrestling room! Roosa student Frazier Marler caught the attention of OSU Cowboy wrestler Wyatt Hendrickson after dressing up as him for the Wax Museum, and his tribute quickly gained traction on social media.
Wyatt, one of the most dominant wrestlers in the country, didn’t just notice; he invited Frazier to visit OSU for an unforgettable experience! Frazier got a tour of the wrestling facilities, some Cowboy gear, and memories to last a lifetime.
Hendrickson, a 2-time NCAA All-American, 2024 NCAA finalist, and Big 12 Champion, recently transferred to OSU after a standout career at Air Force, where he was also named the NCAA’s Most Dominant Wrestler in 2022 and 2023. Known for his power and pinning ability, he now brings his grit to Cowboy country, and he showed that same heart by making a young Zebra’s day one to remember.
What started as a fun school project became a moment of connection, inspiration, and Cowboy kindness! 🦓🤠

💼 CHS Leaders Shine at CTU! 💼
Three of our amazing CHS students had the incredible opportunity to attend Career Tech University (CTU)—a powerhouse leadership camp uniting state officers from all 7 CTSOs: FFA, TSA, SkillsUSA, DECA, BPA, HOSA, and FCCLA! 🙌
They spent the week sharpening their leadership skills, tackling team-building challenges, and connecting with fellow student leaders from across Oklahoma.
We’re beyond proud of how they represented CHS and their organizations. They’re coming back fired up and ready to lead! 🔥🎯

From Claremore to Thailand: Kale Shultz Takes His Skills Global
Claremore High School junior Kale Shultz took his passion for martial arts to a new level this summer, making his international fighting debut in Phuket, Thailand.
Representing not just himself, but the heart of a Zebra, Kale traveled overseas to train in traditional Thai martial arts and compete against seasoned fighters from around the world. His debut match was nothing short of impressive, earning a hard-fought victory over a veteran fighter from England.
While in Thailand, Kale and his brother, Kai Shultz (CHS Class of '22), fully immersed themselves in the culture and discipline of martial arts. They trained in Muay Thai, Muay Boran, Krabi Krabong, and Muay Chaiya, gaining hands-on experience with some of the world’s most respected combat styles. His international debut proves that our Zebras can compete and succeed on any stage.
Outside of training, the brothers explored the beauty of Thailand from riding elephants through the jungle and bamboo rafting down rivers, making the most of this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

I spy several Zebras in Honduras! A group of Claremore students and leaders are on a mission trip with BMDI and First Baptist Church, spreading Zebra pride far and wide. ✈️❤️
They’re serving in a local village school, hosting soccer and basketball camps, and even rolling up their sleeves for construction projects to support the community. Talk about making a global impact! 🏀⚽🧱
Special thanks to Trina Wickham for capturing this amazing moment (even though she’s not in the photo herself!).
