With the world becoming increasingly digital, it's more important than ever to be responsible and respectful online. WRJH hosted Special Agent Martin and Computer Forensic Analyst Meter, from the Department of Homeland Security Investigations, to speak on the dangers of cyberspace and being a good digital citizen and the consequences of not practicing good citizenship.
📱Being a good cyber citizen means taking steps to protect personal information, being mindful of how to communicate with others and using technology in a way that is safe and productive.
🤔Remember to think before posting, sharing or commenting on anything online. Don't engage in cyberbullying or harassing others online, and always be mindful of your digital footprint.
🤗By being responsible cyber citizens, we can create a safer and more positive online environment for everyone.
😱 Remember once it's been sent, it can't be taken back and it's out there forever. The consequences may not be immediate but they are inevitable.
Zebras let's do our part to make the internet a better place for all!
