Avoid No-Credit College Courses
No-credit courses, also called remedial courses, are classes based on college entrance exam scores that students must take to build skills – most often in reading, English and math – before they are allowed to take regular college classes. These courses are designed to improve skills, fill in gaps, or help students gain proficiency in these subjects. Some students may be required to take remedial courses in a single area or several areas. For more information, check out our video:

Mr. Greenland’s Psychology classes recently had Oklahoma Army National Guard members come in to teach them some self-defense techniques using their RedMan training gear.
For these self-defense classes, a certified Army National Guard self-defense trainer taught the students about prevention psychology, different types of personalities, harassment, how to understand an attacker, prey and predator, survival awareness, and preventative mindset.
The trainer also used the RedMan training suits to teach the students various self-defense techniques. This training is designed to help students learn to control a situation and boost their confidence.
