The Smith Family Scholarship is for students pursuing post-secondary education in engineering or music. For their freshman year, students will receive $5,000 per semester, for a total of $10,000. This is a $50,000 investment in our graduates' futures.

I love the environment in which I get to teach every day. I also love working alongside several people who inspire me to teach and coach.
💭What is one of your favorite memories from being a CPS student?
The state tournament run in baseball in my junior year, 2017. We finished state runner-up in 2017 and state semifinalist in 2018.

❤What has been your favorite part about returning as a staff member?
I love that CPS is so united. When one of our schools, staff members, or students succeed, we all celebrate it as our own because we are one. The opportunity to serve our youth of the Claremore community gives me the greatest joy.
💭What is one of your favorite memories from being a CPS student?
My sister, Shaye Rowlett, was a senior the year I was a freshman. We locked down the middle infield positions and played side by side for the Lady Zebra softball team. That year was particularly special because of that, but the fun, success, and lifelong friendships from those four years of competing as a team gave me some of my greatest memories.
👩🏻🏫Who was your favorite Teacher?
Cindy Hammack is an incredible math teacher! She makes understanding difficult math skills an easy task.
📣What was your favorite extracurricular?
Playing softball during my junior and senior years, our team won back-to-back state championships.
⭐What was trending when you graduated? Clothes, songs, movies, etc.
The artist Jay Z was becoming popular.

I absolutely love the environment of growth that's continued to expand while I've been gone. It's new but homely and has that small community feel!

🚨 Blood Drive Success! 🚨
The Claremore Navy JROTC hosted four incredible blood drives throughout the last school year, culminating in the Estabrook Memorial Blood Drive. Our combined efforts from the school and community resulted in 322 blood donations, saving an astounding 966 lives! 🩸❤️
A huge thank you to Our Blood Institute (OBI) for partnering with Claremore High School and facilitating these drives. Their support has been invaluable.
A special shoutout to Red Crown Credit Union for their generous support! They challenged our team to meet our donation goal, and upon achieving it, they donated $1,000 to our NJROTC program to further STEM education. Jeremy Daggs from Red Crown Credit Union presented the donation to our cadets in front of the local Red Crown Credit Union - Claremore Branch.

Congratulations to Zachary Hinds, who won the $1,000 RCB Scholarship.
The RCB Bank Scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior from Claremore High School who is pursuing an education at an Oklahoma four-year college or university. It is based on academic achievement, financial need, and demonstrated community service.
