The music didn’t just fill the halls, it filled our hearts with pure holiday magic. Students performed timeless favorites like The Nutcracker, Last Christmas, Holly Jolly Christmas, Jingle Bell Rock, and so many more, ttuly bringing the holiday season to life.
This performance was the result of a semester full of dedication, rehearsals, teamwork, and passion. Our band students and directors have worked tirelessly, and it truly showed on stage. Their commitment to excellence created a performance that our community will remember for a long time.
We are incredibly proud of the talent, growth, and heart shown by every musician involved. And with so much momentum and creativity, we can’t wait to see what next semester brings for our bands.

CHS Robotics once again made a bold mark on the White Mountain Apache Native American Showcase in Arizona!
Before a single match began, our Zebras spent a full day helping tournament hosts set up competition fields, embodying the spirit of service and teamwork. Then, they stepped into the arena and let their robots do the talking.

Our 6th-grade Geography students got a real-world lesson in environmental science and geography from Scott Vaughn, Claremore’s Stormwater Manager. 💧
He shared how pollution in stormwater, such as litter, chemicals, and pet waste, can affect our local creeks, rivers, and community. Students explored how geography connects to environmental stewardship and learned practical ways to be responsible citizens who help protect Claremore’s natural resources.
Together, we can keep our community clean and our waterways healthy! 🌿

Our Lady Zebras brought home the Vinita Tournament Championship after an incredible weekend on the court! 🎉 This win marks the team’s first championship title since 2016—and they’re now 5–0 for the first time since 2008! 🎨 Our Studio and AP Studio Art students had an incredible opportunity to visit the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum, America’s premier institution celebrating Western history, art, and culture.
Students explored the galleries on a self-guided tour, discovering powerful works of art, historic artifacts, and captivating stories that capture the enduring spirit of the American West.
Experiences like this ignite creativity, deepen cultural understanding, and inspire new artistic perspectives. What a memorable day of learning beyond the classroom!

State Runner Up In Hip Hop!
Over the weekend our Claremore Dance Team excelled at the state competition, earning two trophies for outstanding performances in Hip Hop, 2nd place, and Jazz, 3rd place. Furthermore, two seniors were recipients of scholarships: Kiera Kokko-Petty won the Community Involvement Award and Abbie Douthitt received the Dream Chaser Award.

Claremore FFA joined chapters from across Oklahoma for LEAD 360, a statewide leadership conference at Camp Cargill. 🌾

Through this hands-on project, students learned how plants can thrive without soil, exploring concepts like nutrient solutions, root systems, water cycles, and sustainable agriculture. They also practiced observation, data collection, and the scientific method as they monitored plant growth and water quality.
These young scientists didn’t just grow food; they cultivated curiosity, critical thinking, and a deeper understanding of how innovation and science can shape the future of farming. This project was made possible through the CPSF Grant Program! 🌱

Ms. Johnson's Pre-K class jumped into the Christmas spirit with a full day of festive, laughter-filled games! Our youngest Zebras enjoyed holiday-themed challenges that had them moving, learning, and working together — all while soaking up the magic of the season.
From giggly group activities to hands-on games that encourage teamwork and creativity, these little learners filled the gym with joy and Christmas cheer! ❄️
