The student body then voted for the 2024 Homecoming King and Queen; they will be announced Friday night at 6:30 at Lantow Field. 🦓👑❤ 🦓 Italya Lona Representing: Student Council Involved in: Sports Medicine, Fuze, and Biomed club Future plans? “I plan to attend college and major in sports medicine and kinesiology to become an athletic trainer for a professional sports team.” What is your favorite part about being a Zebra? “My favorite part about being a zebra is the community and how everyone always comes together to support and help each other.” 🦓Michael Robertson Representing: Biomed Club Involved in: Football, Wrestling, FCA, FUZE What are my future plans? “I plan to attend college and pursue a degree in biomedical engineering, which will help me enter the medical field.” What is your favorite part about being a Zebra? The possibility of being friends and getting to know anyone regardless of their hobbies or activities. There is nowhere else where I can be friends with so many people with whom I have nothing in common.” 🦓MacKenzie Jayne Bacon Representing: Girls Wrestling Involved in: Soccer, STUCO, Biomed, Young Republicans, Christian Club, Jesus Club, Red Army Future plan: “I have no idea, but I'll follow God the whole way.” What is your favorite part about being a Zebra? “I've lived in this city my entire life. It is my home, and I love it here. The community here is amazing, and I always feel safe. Also, football games are awesome.” 🦓Tyson Grimett Representing: Football Involved In: FCA, Basketball Future plan: “I plan on playing college football somewhere and probably studying in the history field or becoming a coach.” What is your favorite part about being a Zebra? “My favorite part about being a Zebra is the community support behind our athletics. The community shows up year in and year out for our athletes. The teachers here are amazing and have always been willing to help me throughout high school.”

Go to school for Civil Engineering, Political Science, or Education What is your favorite part about being a Zebra? All the opportunities that are provided by block scheduling. 🦓Baylie Brook Wallace Representing: Yearbook Other student activities involved in: Dance team, Stuco, NHS, Biomed club, and Native American club What are your future plans? “I plan to attend college and pursue a Criminology degree!” “My favorite part about being a Zebra is the incredible school spirit and sense of community we share. Whether its cheering at games, participation in events, or just supporting each other, being a Zebra means being part of something special and uplifting. CHS has truly helped me break out of my shell. Now, I love joining in at pep assemblies, dressing up, and showing off my school spirit. I enjoy making new friends and connecting with everyone I can. Our amazing teachers take the initiative to build relationships with us, guiding us as we explore our personalities and find our future careers. Im looking forward to exploring everything from investment strategies to financial planning, all while making new friends and enjoying campus life.” What is your favorite part about being a Zebra? “One of my favorite parts of being a Zebra is the strong sense of community and friendship. Zebras rely on each other for protection and social interaction, creating tight-knit, supportive and comforting bonds. This sense of unity and cooperation is something I truly value about being a Zebra." 🦓Robert McDaniel Representing: Art Club Future plans? Attend RSU and get an IT Degree/to be a professional artist. I plan to attend my 13th year at Northeast Tech for Diesel Mechanics before starting a career as a Diesel Technician repairing heavy machinery. Claremore as a ton of awesome sports, clubs, an arts where students can find their peace, and ive most definitely found mine, in the band! He graduated from Huntington University with a Bachelor's in Science. This is his first year teaching!
