Westside Elementary Native American Club has been creating pottery while studying Native American techniques & incorporating symbolism into their art. Mr. McClurg led the students while they used the traditional coiling technique to form their pieces. After the pieces dried, Native American symbolism was discussed & displayed so the students could incorporate these symbols into their pottery designs.🎨❤🦓 #cpszebrapride

Mrs. T's gifted and talented students developed their research, critical thinking, and storytelling abilities by creating detailed 10-slide presentations. Meanwhile, our 3rd graders showcased their budding talents with concise, 5-slide summaries.
