🌟👩‍🏫 What National Park have you visited? 🌲🏞️ Through their presentations, students traveled to several of America's National Parks. Mrs. T's gifted and talented students developed their research, critical thinking, and storytelling abilities by creating detailed 10-slide presentations. Meanwhile, our 3rd graders showcased their budding talents with concise, 5-slide summaries. These projects have enhanced their digital literacy, public speaking, and teamwork skills—tools essential for future academic and professional success! 📚💻#CPSZEBRAPRIDE

Three exceptional students from Claremore FFA embarked on a transformative journey at the Stand & Deliver Workshop. This workshop, designed to hone their public speaking skills, is crucial for their personal and professional development, preparing them for a future where clear and confident communication is key. In today's fast-paced world, the ability to articulate agricultural topics with poise is not just an asset but a necessity for leaders. Throughout the session, these students were challenged to step beyond their comfort zones through a series of icebreakers, engaging conversations with fellow FFA members, and reflective exercises in their booklets, focusing on their growth and learning. 🎉 Over at Westside Elementary, Mrs. Sweet & Ms. Brown's 2nd graders embark on a vibrant journey into the Chinese New Year, blending subjects like reading, art, math, and geography with a rich exploration of cultures and traditions. 🌏🎨 Their immersive learning doesn't stop there—they're diving taste buds first into the experience with Chinese snacks, candies, and the art of mastering chopsticks! 🥢🍬 We're in awe of their enthusiasm and skill. Ms. Thomas and her Native American Club have been weaving together tradition and creativity by crafting beautiful wooden macramé pieces. 🌟🎤 Oh, what a beautiful morning indeed for Roosa Elementary's 5th graders as they embarked on an unforgettable journey to the Claremore Museum of History! 🌞 In celebration of Stuart Roosa, the astronaut and namesake of our beloved school, students delved into his life story, marveling at displays that spanned from Claremore to the cosmos. 🚀 They shared laughs over lunch, won special prizes, and connected with the legacy of a man whose journey to the moon aboard Apollo 14 in 1971 inspires us all. 🌗 Moments like these remind us of the courage and exploration Roosa embodies—a legacy that fuels our #cpszebrapride.

A dedicated group of CHS Ag students joined forces with 150 other FFA members, united by a shared commitment to serve, at the inspiring Teach Ag Day.
