Within the unit, they created sundials as a reinforcement activity - demonstrating how the earth continuously turns on its axis. WRJH Physical Science students went on an exciting journey of discovery as they experimented with different colors of light! 💡
With their 'laser fingers', they used the colors to make white light and see the interactions of the different wavelengths! It was a captivating experience that not only sparked their curiosity but also illuminated the principles of light and color in a hands-on and engaging way! 🧪🦓

Each year, Ms. Palmer's 3rd grade class dives into an exciting postcard exchange, connecting with classrooms nationwide to learn fascinating facts about different states! 🌎✉
Their journey begins as they explore the wonders of Oklahoma! From researching to writing and typing, our students are crafting unique postcards filled with interesting tidbits about the Sooner State. These cards are sent off to different schools across the nation - while our zebras eagerly await the informational postcards coming in from these other states! 📝✨

💙💙🩷🩷🩷 Looks like the lady Zebras have taken the lead in the Zebra Dazzle. Meet the newest little Zebra, Miss Blakely James! She is the daughter of two of our Claremore Public School employees, Nurse Kyla at Claremont Elementary and her husband, David, a teacher at Roosa Elementary. Blakely was born on March 15th - just in time for spring break. She weighed 6 lbs 10 oz and measured 18" long. She will be well taken care of by her two big sisters, Avery Grace and Harper Jo.

Mrs. Hammack's class got some exercise and sunshine walking to the Claremore Public Library - exploring the magical world of books and the joy of reading! Going to the library as a class allows students to connect over books, share stories, and even engage in a friendly competition to see who can read the most books! 📕🦓
